DOWNLOAD: Don Jazzy’s MAVIN RECORDS – SOLAR PLEXUS (Album)
As promised, here’s the “Solar Plexus” album by the Mavin Records Allstars spearheaded by Don Jazzy. On this 13 track album (11 if you take off the intro and outro), we hear solo tracks from D’Prince, Tiwa Savage, Wande Coal and Dr SID. All tracks were produced by Donjazzy himself download and enjoy.

Former Mo’hits President has formally announced his new label, Mavin Records. Taking to Twitter, he announced and unveiled the new artistes on the label which includes D’Prince, Dr Sid, Wande Coal and a surprise signing – Tiwa Savage.
Mavin Records compilation album titled ‘Solar Plexus’ featuring Wande Coal, D’Prince, Tiwa Savage & Dr Sid. Produced exclusively by Don Jazzy would be released on Tuesday, May 8th.
WAJE Presents Words Aren’t Just Enough Album Artwork Competition – Win $1,000.00
Boy does WAJE have a fantastic opportunity for you! She’s doing it again! The magnificent singer is back, and as always, she is full of love for her fans! The Diva is set to release her debut album, but she is also doing more than that, she is using her forthcoming album as an opportunity to help graphic designers showcase their creative prowess as well as compete for a chance to win $1,000.
All that is required of you is to come up with a design for her album cover. Pictures of Waje will be put up online on her Facebook page and various blogs; Graphic designers will use these pictures to create what they feel is an ideal album cover for the song maestro.
WAJE and 2 renowned creative professionals – Rotimi Okhioroya and Sewedo Nupowaku will then assess the submissions and reward points based on Creativity, Originality, and Precision of design.
The winner stands to win five hundred dollars ($500) as well as the chance to be part of the team that designs the actual album cover! For being a member of the design team, s/he also will get paid an five hundred dollars ($500). Talk about close up fan participation!
Entry Procedures:
1. Sample pictures of WAJE as well as a mock playlist will be put up on her Facebook page and various blogs.
2. Designers use the pictures and playlist to design front and back jackets respectively.
3. All entries are to be sent by email to art4waje@gmail.com
4. Each designer can submit only 3 design options.
5. All entries must be in any of the following formats – jpg, pdf or png
6. Each designer has to put their full name,email address and phone number into each entry.
7. Winners will be announced via Facebook,Twitter and Waje’s official website.

Competition begins on the 10th of march 2012
Phase 1 Submission ends on the 18th of march 2012.
Phase 1 winners will be announced on the 20th of march 2012 and phase 2 begins immediately.
Phase 2 submission ends on the 25th of march 2012.
Phase 2 winners will be announced on the 27th of march 2012 and phase 3 which is the final begins immediately.
Phase 3 submission ends on the 1st of April 2012.
Final winners will be announced on the 3rd of April 2012.
Winners will be announced via Facebook,Twitter and will be contacted via phone.
